Realtor needs brand development and leads.

We had been working with a real estate client for awhile, and we discussed with him the thought of creating a brand for him. Up until this point, he had no logo, was advertising homes, and posting content geared towards home buying tips.

As we discussed what his goals were for his business, we decided to guide him in the direction of promoting his local area in addition to his real estate business. But, in order to brand him, he needed a visual identity.

As we are centered in the Ozarks region, we asked him questions about what he LOVED about living in this area. He talked about how he loved nature. He loved the trees, the views, the peace, and the tranquility. We knew we were onto something.

After going through our mini brand-strategy process, we came up with this logo for him.

He loved it, and it was well received by his audience.

The first part of his visual identity was the brand mark. As we talked about, he LOVED the natural resources and views in our area, so we created this brand mark for him. Pictured is a tree that represents the forest area in the Ozarks. There is also plenty of water in the form of lakes, creeks, and rivers, so we added that to his mark.

We decided to call the business "Ozarks Land and Living" because our area is FULL of open land. He did deal with a lot of lots in the area, and there was PLENTY to live for here.

Our content strategy was centered about the new businesses, old businesses, our client's interests and hobbies, as well as plenty of personal branding content in order to brand our client as the "Digital Mayor" towards his target audience of first-time homebuyers.
