British style restaurant looking for measurable results, increased engagement, and email and phone number acquisition.

Our friends over at the London Calling Pasty Company asked us how we could not only improve their brand, but increase their engagement. They also wanted us to help them bring more traffic to their restaurant. We were SO excited to jump into this project as their food and branding are SO much fun! We were giddy at the opportunity to work with Neil and Carrie at London Calling!

Create a memorable experience for your customers!

Because there is such an affinity for British culture and humor, we decided to create a weekly automated quiz based around a British topic served through Facebook Messenger. Each week featured a new prize and, in order to enter for the prize, quiz-takers needed to leave their email and phone number. To say this quiz was a hit would be an understatement!

Within the first two months, we already had over 640 email addresses and phone numbers! People LOVED the quiz and looked forward to it each and every week!

One of the best ways to drive traffic to a restaurant is to create a birthday promotion! The results are trackable, and, more times than not, multiple customers come into the restaurant!

With this promotion, we were able to drive 35-45 additional transactions PER MONTH!
